1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Plaza Recruitment’s website and services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Plaza Recruitment specializes in the recruitment and placement of professionals. We provide permanent, contract, and subscription-based hiring solutions for companies. Candidates are matched with potential employers based on skills, experience, and client requirements.


3. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Plaza Recruitment agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date job descriptions, requirements, and company information.

  • Respect confidentiality obligations regarding candidates introduced by Plaza Recruitment.

  • Pay agreed fees in accordance with the signed service agreement.

4. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates working with Plaza Recruitment agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information regarding their qualifications and experience.

  • Inform Plaza Recruitment of any competing applications or offers relevant to the hiring process.

  • Engage professionally with prospective employers introduced by Plaza Recruitment.

5. Fees and Payment
Fees, rates, and payment terms for clients are detailed in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are due within the agreed payment terms.


6. Confidentiality
All parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, including business practices, salaries, and candidate details. Candidate profiles shared with clients are provided exclusively for the purpose of recruitment.


7. Limitation of Liability
Plaza Recruitment does not guarantee that a candidate will accept an offer, remain in a role, or perform to a specific standard. While we make every effort to vet candidates, we are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from employment relationships between clients and candidates.


8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Plaza Recruitment and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.


9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Montreal.


10. Updates to Terms
Plaza Recruitment may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
